Live Chat is always a greet tool to help customers learn about our product and get help quickly. While AmeriCommerce has always utilized live chat for our sales agents, we have heard our customers requests for support live chat too.

We wanted to formerly announce that Live Chat for support has now been implemented!

If you need assistance with your online store, you can access our support team any time you see a live chat window on the bottom of your browser window. Currently, we are only accepting incoming chats from support.americommerce.com and americommerce.com.

Zendesk Live Chat was our vendor of choice and offers great features for our users that allow us to view your support history when signed into our support portal. So, if you haven’t signed up for a support account, we encourage you to do so!
