How do multiple stores work?
Spark Pay launched its multiple storefront feature almost a decade ago specifically for online store owners who wanted one admin console for many stores. Some of our stores have dozens of stores. You can manage stores easily within the admin.
Can I use apps and integrations in my store?
Yes. We have many apps and integrations and continue to add more. In the event you have a specific integration in mind, you can utilize the Spark Pay API or have our team create a custom integration for you.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes. Order one with us or use your own. We'll provide you with your DNS settings to point your domain name.
What about store web hosting uptime and speed?
Spark Pay servers are located at the Rackspace datacenter in Texas. Unlike many of our competitors, our servers never go above 30% utilization and are optimized 100% for Spark Pay software and no other services run on these servers. We have 99.9% uptime on stores.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Your monthly plan has no setup fees.
