Customers can supply tags to describe products, along with a more lengthy review, and choose multi-dimensional ratings that store owners define. Rating graphics can be customized to allow industry specific icons such as 4 out of 5 hotdogs.
Retailers can now increase holiday sales, reward customer loyalty, and introduce entice new customers by offering Gift Certificates as promotional discounts. Gift Certificates can also be purchased online, delivered instantly and redeemed as a payment method on an order. Additionally, store credit can be issued for returned items or B2B corporate purchasing.
Recurring revenue business models can take advantage of Subscriptions in AmeriCommerce 2010.1 to schedule and process regularly occurring orders while collecting funds via customer credit cards. Using Subscriptions can dramatically reduce the management time required to handle recurring orders.
