In the event we have major spikes in traffic, we’ve got spare machines at Rackspace spun up and ready for big traffic. Rest assured your promotional efforts are in good hands.
As always, AmeriCommerce servers are optimized with no superfluous software draining precious resources. Special effort has gone into optimizing our cloud services to address resource demands and site performance.
During the next two months, AmeriCommerce will continue to provide localized hotfixes to address critical services for merchants stores in order to support current software configurations. All new features (and our new admin console) will roll out in early 2014.
AmeriCommerce has robust and deeply integrated site monitoring tools to ensure stores, servers, databases, DNS and other critical systems are monitored and up and running as expected. All stores will be monitored and we’ll be notified on the first sign of any issue.
Enhanced Support Focus
Through the holiday season, special support services are in place to address site issues and support issues that interfere with customer checkout processes. This also includes Saturday support between 10am and 4pm CST.
