AmeriCommerce provides hundreds of features and all of them are available on all plans. This includes facebook shop, mobile theme, store theme, blogs, discounts, loyalty rewards, coupons, embedded ecommerce tools, order management, customer management, and so much more.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Your monthly plan has no setup fees.
Do you do custom plans?
Yes. Plans can vary in needs. Your monthly plan may need more products, bandwidth, multiple stores or specialized design and implementation services. We can also assist with custom features or custom integrations. Call us at 1.800.936.9006 or send us an email.

How do multiple stores work?
AmeriCommerce launched its multiple storefront feature almost a decade ago specifically for online store owners who wanted one admin console for many stores. Some of our stores have dozens of stores. You can manage stores easily within the admin.
Can I use apps and integrations in my store?
Yes. We have many apps and integrations and continue to add more. In the event you have a specific integration in mind, you can utilize the AmeriCommerce API or have our team create a custom integration for you.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes. Order one with us or use your own. We'll provide you with your DNS settings to point your domain name.
What about store web hosting uptime and speed?
AmeriCommerce servers are located at the Rackspace datacenter in Texas. Unlike many of our competitors, our servers never go above 30% utilization and are optimized 100% for AmeriCommerce software and no other services run on these servers. We have 99.9% uptime on stores.
