Ed Sturrock

President, Co-Founder

After founding a successful company of over 15 websites and brick-and-mortar outlets, ecommerce was a crucial part of his success and became his passion drawing him to AmeriCommerce. His software architect background, Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and over 15 years of industry experience enable Ed to merge his business savvy with technical skills to steer the AmeriCommerce family forward and push the limits of our industry, genuinely caring about customers' success, his teammates and AmeriCommerce.

Family and friends remain an important part of his life and enhances his drive and dedication to AmeriCommerce. When not working into the night, he can commonly be found goofing off at crazy events, hatching some off-the-wall scheme and of course buying his kids lots of ice cream! Ed is an adventure hunter and daredevil who has a smile for everyone he meets and this energy enhances his ideas and life. He commonly speaks at conferences, seminars, schools and colleges and is a community player always willing to provide a helping hand by volunteering his time.

Stefan Barlow

Vice President of Operations, Co-Founder

Stefan Barlow has been involved with creating interactive systems for over 20 years, starting with designing, programming, and operating several major BBSes (Bulletin Board Systems) in the early 90s before the Web took off. During the internet explosion of the late 90s, he quickly picked up experience developing custom internet applications and web sites as a consultant.

In 2001 Stefan teamed up with Charlie Cooper to design and build AmeriCommerce with the goal of creating the most flexible, extendable, and easy to use ecommerce package on the market. With a unique combination of business operations, software development, graphic design, systems management, technology, and marketing insight, his talents lend perfectly to ecommerce. Stefan is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer in .NET technologies.

Charlie Cooper

Chairman of the Board, Co-Founder

With over 20 years experience in marketing, sales, media relations, and company ownership, Charlie's team-building skills serve as a solid foundation for AmeriCommerce. In addition to AmeriCommerce, using his background from his terms at large marketing companies, Charlie has founded several marketing, retail and online businesses that are prospering today. Strategic planning with ecommerce, marketing consultation and media strategy are his core competencies.

Charlie's energy is evident around the office and with clients. He is constantly shaping team members and providing guidance to keep everyone on target, and no doubt his smile lights up the office with his fun attitude and great ideas. He is a graduate of Lamar University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Always one to lend his time for others, his volunteer positions have included serving on a church board, coaching basketball, cell group coordinator, and being a youth group leader.
