I have not coding or development experience, surprisingly the integration of over 1100 products was really quite intuitive. My warehouse is thrilled with how easy the shipping process is now and I am thrilled with the customer support and ease of reporting. They are knowledgeable about shipping providers and the various rules we need to keep in mind. And, I'm saving over my old Stamps.com negotiated commercial rate. I really can't say enough about how streamlined my shipping process has become. Warehouse pickers and customers are happy to now as we are able to offer product images on packing lists - this cuts down on human error.
