AmeriCommerce works directly and through partners to create relationships with bloggers, whereby our advertisers have the opportunity to participate in reviews done by the professional bloggers.
AmeriCommerce makes no specific guarantees to the relevancy of the bloggers websites for any client participating in the BlogReviews program.
AmeriCommerce and its partners make efforts to ensure participating bloggers actively post original content. Blogs that exist solely for payment will not be allowed to participate. Identical or near-indentical posting from multiple bloggers will not constitute payment, and will not be allowed to participate.
AmeriCommerce and its partners will use various buzz techniques when working with the bloggers. All bloggers are required to provide direct links to Client's URLs using anchor text we suggest.
AmeriCommerce will provide Client with a report each month detailing where the blog reviews can be found.
Warranties
AmeriCommerce does not make and specifically disclaims any representations or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character, even if such party is aware of the risk of such damages, that arise out of or relate to this agreement, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. Liability for damages of any kind shall not, for any reason, exceed the amount actually paid by advertiser to AmeriCommerce under this contract.
Standard Terms and and Cancellation Policy
BlogReviews can be purchased in monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual terms. In all scenarios (except where contractually different), BlogReviews will auto-renew on a monthly basis. Client will be charged for the following month, and every month thereafter, until Client cancels these subscription services. These services must be cancelled in writing 14 days before the next month's charges. Cancellation requests will be accepted by email, fax, or US mail. Client may also upgrade these services or any other services via an upgrade work order.
Any late payment will result in links being pulled from participating websites immediately. If you do not cancel your TextLinks service at least 14 days before the renewal date, you will NOT be refunded any dollars for the new month of advertising.
