Very good list of resources. I've been trying to find the right social media management tool. Hootsuite and Buffer are very low cost options, but only work with a few sites. Sprout Social seems to be the most robust, but it's got quite a price tag. Anyone else have an opinion on which is the best bang for your buck?

Thank you for this list. I was especially interested to read up on the marketing automation piece. This aspect of my business takes up a massive amount of time and energy. A few of my peers have recommended InfusionSoft in the past, and I've ignored them. I think it's time to get the ball rolling.

A useful article! There's no shortage of businesses out there that need specific tools to address their pain points. The problem always revolves around too many tools and too little time! For customer service software, I've been using http://helprace.com to address tickets, set up a community and a knowledge base.
