Go to the Themes menu.  Select the desired theme and click on Home Page under General Pages in the left navigation.

Add a Custom HTML Snap-In to the list of snap-ins at the bottom.

Now you can point the snap-in to a file in the root of your specific site such as HomePageArea1.html.

Since this file is site specific, you can now have different HomePage.html files in each site.  The content for this file is pulled into the page for that area automatically.  This file can also be managed from Dreamweaver, Microsoft Expressions, and Front Page.

This method works in all areas you may want to differentiate content on a per site basis, although we will be adding new features in the future to make this much easier.
