Go to the Themes and select the theme for which you want to turn horizontal navigation on or off. Click on Layout Settings in the left column menu under Theme Designer. You will find Horizontal Navigation in the center of the page. Expand the settings for this option by clicking the orange triangle. Once expanded, put a check in the box next to Override Default. If you wish to turn OFF the horizontal navigation, set the Display option to "No." If you wish to turn ON the horizontal navigation set the Display option to "Yes."
