Can I enter a manual order that has already been paid for?

Manual and phone orders are entered on the ordery entry screen under the Accounting menu.  For further instruction, see the link below. You are not required to apply the payment to a manual order.  You can simply change the order status to Shipped or whatever status you would like and save the order.
