How Can a Customer Designate an Order as a Gift?

To allow customers to designate an order as gifts and add gift messages you need to enable 'Allow Gifting'.

Enable 'Allow Gifting':

  1. Select Your Active Theme from the Theme dropdown in the Admin Console.

 Navigate to the Themes Manager

  1. Scroll about half way down the page under Checkout Process and check the 'Allow Gifting' box and Save.

 Check the Allow Gifting box

When 'Allow Gifting' is enabled, the gifting option 'Is a Gift' is displayed on the Checkout Page. When a customer checks 'Is a Gift' on the Checkout Page, a Gift Message input box appears for them to add a gift message.

 Customer's can check Is a Gift to make a Gift Message box to appear
