To create Discounts that are applied store-wide such as free shipping offers, coupon codes, quantity discounts and more, click Global Settings > Discount Methods.
From this page you will first specify the Discount you wish to offer, then you will add Discount Rules which must be satisfied by the customer in order for the Discount to be applied.
