As a customer of AmeriCommerce you now have the ability to display additional shipping information to your customers while they are viewing their shopping cart. It makes no difference if your store is setup to use the standard shipping calculation methods or if it is setup to use zip code only calculations. It will show up in either case.
To use this new feature you simply need to input the information that you would like to be seen into the textbox labeled "ShoppingCart_ShippingAdditionalInformation_string," located under Themes > StoreText & Languages. If you have not already done so you will need to create a new StoreText file and the assign it to the store under Stores > StoreName > Store Settings. In our example we will simply be inserting a link to UPS's website. If you do not desire to use this feature simply remove any text from the box and nothing will be displayed.
Once you have clicked save, navigate to the front-end of your site and test it out by simply adding a product to your cart and getting a shipping estimate. The information you just added should now be displayed.
