Yes, AmeriCommerce is PCI compliant.

PCI Compliance

The Payment Card Industry maintains a data security standard (DSS) that allows compliant merchants to accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The agreement reached among the industry was that if a company is compliant with the regulations of Visa CISP (Card Information Security Program), the other major creditors would honor that and consider your company PCI Compliant.

You can view the PCI DSS by following the link and accepting the terms, then selecting a language.

Benefits of a PCI Compliant Host

PCI compliance is not a choice.  Anyone that accepts credit cards as payment for online sales MUST be compliant. Non-PCI compliant merchants face more than increased liability and class-action lawsuits.  They can be fined up to $500,000 per incident and lose the ability to process transactions altogether. By choosing AmeriCommerce, you select a compliant host for card security and validation. Further information on this topic can be found through Visa's CISP and the PCI Security Standards website.
