Changing Product Detail Page Settings

You can use the Theme Manager to modify the colors, fonts, and sizes of most of the items on the Product Details page using the "Colors, Fonts, Layout" CSS editor. Follow Themes > [Active Theme] and click on Product Details in the left column menu.

Moving Elements Around

To modify the actual structure of the page design and move elements around on the page, you can use the Custom Page Design area under Page Snap-Ins. This section provides you with a WYSIWYG editor for placing Merge Codes anywhere you want on the page. The styles designed with the "Colors, Fonts, Layout" section are still applied to the Merge Codes automatically, so you can benefit from managed CSS along with the ease of placement using simple Merge Codes.

To see a list of available Merge Codes, select "Click to view Merge Codes" at the top of the editor.

Adding anything to the HTML editor will cause your Product Details page to be replaced with the contents of the editor. To return to the original Product Details layout, simply remove the content from the Custom Page Design area.

Changing Styles and CSS

As with other areas of the system, many of the above merges rely on CSS and Style settings coming from the site level or page level.  You can change many of them directly above in the Style and Layout section directly above it as seen below.  These styles can directly effect the look and feel of the $$ and ## merges.

These features allow designers and experienced webmasters to have even more control over their storefront's look and feel!
