Accounting Software Integration

AmeriCommerce offers multiple ways to integrate with 3rd party accounting systems. However, since there are too many accounting systems with unique interfaces, we are unable to support all of them directly. Here are a few options:

QuickBooks

We have developed our own QuickBooks integration software called AmeriSync. AmeriSync is used to push orders and customers directly into QuickBooks and keeps inventory updated between your online store and accounting system. This desktop application can be set to run automatically every few minutes or manually at the push of a button. The only setup required is mapping your AmeriCommerce catalog items to your QuickBooks items. AmeriSync handles the rest!

NOTE:

Amerisync cannot send tax data to Quickbooks. Quickbooks calculates the tax itself. This not a defect or a missing feature. This is by design with Quickbooks.

Custom Hooks

AmeriCommerce's newest integration technology, this system allows our development team and our enterprise-level clients the ability to write custom integration code. This offers extremely detailed and flexible functionality for features such as real time inventory counts, order processing, and more.

Web Service API

Developers have access to our every growing Web Service API to perform object-level data manipulation, importing and exporting.

CSV Export

If your accounting system supports CSV imports, you can export order information from the Admin Console and import it directly into your accounting system. Most accounting software supports CSV files, so this offers nearly anyone the ability to push data from AmeriCommerce directly into your system.
